If you have insurance and supply us, in a timely manner, with the proper information, we will do our best to verbally acquire benefits for you prior to you having your procedures. We send you a monthly statement even if we bill your insurance company. Most insurance companies will respond/pay within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect a payment within that four to six week time frame. You are totally responsible for any balance not paid by your insurance company and payment must be made to our office immediately to avoid being sent to collections.
