Front Office and Insurance Coordinator
Jackie is very knowledgeable in other areas of the office. Her versatility makes it easy to place her wherever she is needed. Jackie greets the patients when they come into our office and helps them get ready for their procedures. She handles insurance matters from checking benefits to sending out statements. Jackie is a strong team player and being crossed trained is always ready to take on whatever challenge facing her. She has great people skills and patients really relate to her.
Implant Coordinator
Suzanne is a certified oral surgery assistant who continuously enrolls in on-going classes to stay current in her position. She handles all implant patients including consultations and is also cross trained to handle front office duties. Suzanne’s wealth of knowledge makes her a very valuable employee. She is a very warm and caring person who the patients love.
Surgical Assistant
Carmen is an amazing assistant and loves working with the patients. Carmen is a very hard worker and is willing to jump in and help out wherever she is needed. Quick on her feet and very efficient at her job, she keeps us all on time. She handles ordering for our back office and is very skilled with all her back office duties we couldn’t do it without her.
Surgical Assistant
Stephanie is a joy to be around. Always smiling and happy to do her job her enthusiasm is contagious. She makes all around her feel comfortable and at ease. Highly trained she is fast and efficient at her position and adds so much to our team.
Surgical Assistant
Jay is one of our assistants, he has been crossed trained and helps out in all aspects of the office. He keeps the mood light and is wonderful to work with. From front desk duties, helping patients, insurance and back office duties he is a versatile and important member of the team.
Susi has enjoyed working in doctors’ offices, and we are so glad to have her on our team now! Very skilled in all aspects of her job, she is quick to get things done and help with the next task. Crossed trained in our office she not only helps as a surgical assistant but does a majority of our billing and insurance. She always has a positive attitude and loves talking with the patients.
